Tragedy in Gaza: 35 Killed in Israeli Airstrikes, Including Civilians Near Aid Center

The Gaza Strip has once again woken up to rubble and mourning. At least 35 Palestinians were killed on Wednesday in a new wave of Israeli airstrikes — one of the deadliest days in recent weeks.

Most of the victims were reportedly gathered near a humanitarian aid center in central Gaza, run by the Gaza Relief Foundation and supported by the United States. According to medical officials at Shifa and Al-Quds hospitals, at least 25 people were killed while approaching the aid site near the former Israeli settlement of Netzarim — a place that for many had become a last hope for food, water, or medical aid.

Scenes from the site show chaos and despair: people rushing to rescue the injured, ambulances overwhelmed, and families desperately searching the rubble for loved ones. Hospitals are struggling with overcrowded wards and a severe shortage of medical supplies, while dozens of the wounded remain in critical condition.

Elsewhere, in the southern city of Khan Younis, 10 more civilians were killed in additional Israeli strikes. The area, previously labeled a “safe zone,” is now another hotspot in the ongoing conflict.

The deadly attacks have sparked renewed international outrage, with growing calls for an immediate ceasefire, protection of civilians, and access for humanitarian aid.
