Iran Launches “Witch Hunt” – Executions and Mass Arrests Over Alleged Mossad Ties

The Iranian regime, under Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, has launched a brutal internal crackdown targeting citizens suspected of collaborating with Israel’s Mossad. In the last 24 hours alone, dozens — possibly hundreds — of individuals have been arbitrarily arrested by the Revolutionary Guard’s intelligence unit, with some swiftly executed following what sources describe as torture and forced confessions.

One man, who had reportedly been subjected to harsh interrogation, was executed earlier this week — just one of many cases where detainees were forced to “admit” Mossad links under duress. The full extent of the arrests remains unclear, but Iran’s criteria for suspicion now include people wearing sunglasses, masks, carrying large bags, or approaching military zones.

Foreign media, including The Wall Street Journal and Economic Times, report that Mossad has spent years embedding specialized teams deep inside Iran. These included trained assassins, drone operators, surveillance units, and local recruiters — responsible for one of Mossad’s most notorious operations: the assassination of Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, the head of Iran’s nuclear program.

According to international intelligence sources, Mossad spent months monitoring Fakhrizadeh with the help of local Iranian collaborators before executing the mission with its elite Kidon unit. Every detail of his routine was mapped before the ambush.

In a separate multi-year operation, as revealed by The Wall Street Journal, Mossad smuggled hundreds of explosive-laden drones into Iran through commercial channels. These were strategically placed near air defense systems and missile facilities. When Israeli F-35 jets launched their strikes, much of Iran’s defensive infrastructure had already been compromised.

This allowed Israeli forces to penetrate Iranian airspace and strike nuclear targets with minimal resistance, as up to 70 operatives operated deep inside Iran for over two hours during the raid.

Iran’s internal purge, marked by secret executions and mass detentions, reflects a regime gripped by paranoia and losing control. The “witch hunt” strategy mirrors the darkest pages of authoritarian rule, using fear to maintain power. Meanwhile, Mossad’s operations reveal unmatched operational depth and precision — showcasing Israel’s intelligence edge while further destabilizing an already volatile Iran.
